Spec 004, epic E01 spec B: filling a shopping list from a meal plan. Approved at GATE A.

docs/features/004-fill-list-from-meal-plan.md: the spec, with Affected Repos (both repos) and status Phase B: Repo architecture. During the architect discussion, AC 18 and AC 24 were reworded, AC 26 was added, and "Adding up", "Items of dishes no longer planned" and "Filled items afterwards" were extended.
docs/epics/E01-shopping-lists.md: links the spec and adds the epic decisions for B.
docs/adr/2026-10-24-fill-list-from-meal-plan.md: the cross-cutting ADR. The server computes the fill, the user's decisions are inputs to the review, a preview token detects a stale review, a dish keeps its id when it moves, and it defines the mealPlan reason block, what happens to edited items of dishes no longer planned, and the spelling of combined lines.
docs/adr/2026-09-27-shopping-list-contract.md: marked as partly superseded (only the item version statement).

The contract is in a separate draft PR (004-fill-list-from-meal-plan-contract). It stays open until the review gate.
