Contract change for spec 003 (#22), approved at GATE A. Docs PR: #45.

Switches four fields from UserDto to CompactUserDto (no email, no role) and updates their JSDoc:

  • CommentDto.createdByUser
  • RatingDto.createdByUser
  • EnrichedTagDto.createdByUser
  • MealPlanShareDto.sharedWithUser

This PR stays open as a draft while the siblings implement it. It is merged at the review gate, just before the sibling feature PRs. The branch is pinned by the siblings (contract.ref) and must not be rebased or force-pushed.
