• Adds docs/features/003-compact-user-in-embedded-dtos.md
• Status: recipe-backend and recipe-app at Phase B: Repo architecture
• No new ADR: the change applies the convention "Other users are exposed as CompactUserDto" and docs/adr/2026-09-27-compact-user-dto.md
