Updates the UI/UX notes of spec 002 to the card layout decided during the review of the app implementation.

What changes

• Actions at the top of the card, next to the list name, instead of "their own place" on narrow cards. When they leave too little room, the list name is shortened with an ellipsis.
• Amount and unit directly after the item name, instead of in a column on the right.
• New: shortened names show in full on hover (list name and item names). Not on a phone, since it needs a pointer.
• The sketch is redrawn to match.

Acceptance criteria, use cases and the contract are unchanged. Only the UI/UX notes change.

Decided by the user while looking at the implemented cards. The app already implements this; its plan records the three changes as deviations:
