Summary

  • .claude/skills/*.md flat files had no frontmatter, so Claude Code never registered them as invocable skills — /check-siblings, /plan-feature, /implement-feature, and /review-feature were all silently undiscoverable.
  • Moved each into its own directory as SKILL.md with name/description YAML frontmatter, matching the format Claude Code expects.
  • Content of each skill is unchanged.

Test plan

  • Confirmed all four skills now appear in the available-skills listing after the restructure.

Flat .claude/skills/*.md files with no frontmatter were never registered as
invocable skills by Claude Code. Each skill now lives in its own directory as
SKILL.md with name/description frontmatter so /check-siblings, /plan-feature,
/implement-feature, and /review-feature are actually discoverable.
