Summary

api-contract/src/recipes.ts imported UserDto from ./shared.js but never used it.
The contract ships raw .ts with no build step, so each consuming repo type-checks it under its own tsconfig. recipe-app's noUnusedLocals: true rejects the build over this dead import, discovered while implementing recipe-app's onboarding-integration plan (recipe-app PR #35).

Test plan

One-line removal, no shape change to the contract.
