What

  • Adds a committed .claude/settings.json that registers the recipe-platform plugin marketplace (by its Forgejo git URL) and enables the recipe-workflow plugin.
  • Deletes the local .claude/skills/pr-feedback/ and .claude/skills/check-platform/. The plugin now provides them as /recipe-workflow:pr-feedback and /recipe-workflow:check-workspace (which replaces check-platform and checks all three repos).
  • CLAUDE.md: replaces the /check-platform pointer and adds a short "Shared workflow skills" list (implement-plan, review-implementation, pr-feedback, check-workspace, adr). The ADR rule now says to write ADRs with the recipe-workflow:adr skill, which owns the template, naming, and superseding.
  • docs/architecture.md: the same ADR-rule change in its Git Workflow section, which duplicates the rule in CLAUDE.md.
  • .gitignore: ignores .claude/settings.local.json. Until now only a global gitignore covered it, and it holds Forgejo credentials. With .claude/settings.json now committed, git add .claude becomes a natural thing to run.

Existing ADRs in docs/adr/ and the historical plan docs/plans/onboarding-integration.md are unchanged.

Why

Shared skills were copied into each repo and drifting apart. See the decision in recipe-platform at docs/adr/2026-09-26-shared-workflow-plugin.md and the platform PR araemer/recipe-platform#14 (araemer/recipe-platform#14).

Merge order

Merge this only AFTER recipe-platform PR #14. The settings point at the marketplace on recipe-platform main. Until #14 is merged, the plugin does not exist there, and this repo would lose pr-feedback and check-platform without anything replacing them.

Verification

  • npm run build: passes
  • npm test: 42 files, 366 tests pass

Addition: ADRs for skills and agents

  • CLAUDE.md ("Shared workflow skills") and docs/architecture.md (Git Workflow): creating or changing a skill or agent now requires an ADR explaining why it is built that way, written with recipe-workflow:adr. Skill ADRs live in <skill-dir>/adr/, agent ADRs in .claude/agent-adr/<agent>/ (not in .claude/agents/, where every .md is loaded as an agent). This also covers the shared plugin skills, whose ADRs live next to them in recipe-platform.
  • This repo defines no local skill or agent anymore, so no ADR is added here. Docs-only change; build and tests unaffected.
  • .claude/settings.json: turns on autoUpdate for the recipe-platform marketplace, so merged plugin changes arrive in the background (Claude Code defaults it to off for non-Anthropic marketplaces). Manual update: claude plugin update recipe-workflow@recipe-platform.
  • CLAUDE.md ("Shared workflow skills"): review-plan is renamed to review-implementation to match the plugin rename in recipe-platform PR #14; its description now says it reviews this repo's implementation of an approved plan.

## What - Adds a committed `.claude/settings.json` that registers the `recipe-platform` plugin marketplace (by its Forgejo git URL) and enables the `recipe-workflow` plugin. - Deletes the local `.claude/skills/pr-feedback/` and `.claude/skills/check-platform/`. Register the recipe-platform marketplace in a committed .claude/settings.json and
enable the recipe-workflow plugin. Remove the local pr-feedback and check-platform
skills, now provided by the plugin as pr-feedback and check-workspace. Point the
CLAUDE.md and architecture.md ADR rules at the recipe-workflow:adr skill, and list
the shared skills in CLAUDE.md. Ignore .claude/settings.local.json in the repo.

See recipe-platform docs/adr/2026-09-26-shared-workflow-plugin.md.

Claude Code turns auto-update off by default for non-Anthropic
marketplaces. With it on, merged changes to the recipe-workflow plugin
arrive in the background and apply after /reload-plugins or the next
launch. The plugin deliberately has no version, so its version is the
commit SHA and every merged change counts as an update.
