Mirrors recipe-platform's .claude/skills/pr-feedback/SKILL.md verbatim into this repo, the same way check-platform was previously mirrored.

The skill formalizes a read → evaluate → present → discuss → (only then) fix workflow for responding to human PR review comments, with a hard rule that no code changes happen before explicit human go-ahead.

Copied byte-for-byte identical from recipe-platform (source content is repo-agnostic — it derives the repo name from git remote get-url origin), verified with a diff against the source blob.
