Merge only after recipe-platform#49 is merged — until then the import points at a file that is not on platform main. Remove the WIP: prefix once #49 is merged.

Change

Adds a short ## Team section to CLAUDE.md (after "Multi-Repo Context", before "Commands") that imports the shared team list of named agent roles from the platform:

@../recipe-platform/docs/team.md

It also states that "architect" alone in this repo means this repo's own architect, while Bjarne is always the cross-cutting one. The list itself is not copied.

Decision record: ../recipe-platform/docs/adr/2026-10-18-team-definition.md (recipe-platform#49). No repo-specific ADR needed — no skill or agent changes here.

  • npm test: 57 files, 620 tests passed
