The "choose a default list" hint on the shopping list overview was a bare text card. It now has an info icon.

Changes

basics/InfoBanner: an inline message box with a leading info icon, optionally dismissible, in two looks:
- info: a neutral white card with an accent-coloured icon, for hints
- warning: amber, for notices about something that happened
ShoppingListOverviewPage: the default-list hint uses the info look; the "list deleted" / "access lost" notice uses the warning look instead of its own markup. The notice looks and behaves as before.
docs/architecture.md lists the new component.

The hint is deliberately not tinted in the accent colour: the app's accent is a warm red, and a tinted box reads as an error. AiImportDraftNotice keeps its own tinted look and is not changed.

Verification

npm run lint (only the 2 existing warnings in MealPlanDayProvider), npm run test (372 tests) and vite build pass.
npm run build fails on its type check, on stage itself, not because of this PR. The contract on recipe-platform main already has spec 002's change (CompactShoppingListDto requires openItemsPreview and openItemCount), so src/mappers/tests/CompactShoppingListMapper.test.ts no longer compiles. A clean stage (f697a95) has exactly this one error; this branch has the same one and no other. It goes away when the app implements spec 002.
/verify-ui as user, from a dev server running this branch:
- the hint with its icon on all five viewports, no horizontal overflow
- the amber notice (reached via router state, as the list page sends it) with its 44 px close button; dismissing removes it
- the test list was deleted afterwards

The hint on the shopping list overview was a bare text card. It is now an
InfoBanner: the same neutral white card with an accent-coloured info icon.
The overview's deleted / access-lost notice uses the same component in its
amber warning look, so both boxes share one implementation.
