What

• Registers the recipe-platform plugin marketplace (Forgejo git URL) and enables the recipe-workflow plugin in .claude/settings.json. Permissions are unchanged.
• Deletes the local copies of .claude/skills/pr-feedback/ and .claude/skills/check-platform/. The plugin now provides them as /recipe-workflow:pr-feedback and /recipe-workflow:check-workspace (which replaces check-platform and checks all three repos plus api-contract).
• CLAUDE.md: /check-platform becomes /recipe-workflow:check-workspace. There is a new short paragraph listing the shared skills, including /recipe-workflow:implement-plan <NNN>-<slug> and /recipe-workflow:review-implementation <NNN>-<slug> for approved plans. The ADR rule now points to the recipe-workflow:adr skill, which owns the template, file naming and the supersede procedure.
• verify-ui stays local.

Why

Shared workflow skills were copied into each repo and drifted. Decision: recipe-platform/docs/adr/2026-09-26-shared-workflow-plugin.md (platform PR araemer/recipe-platform#14: araemer/recipe-platform#14).

Merge order

Merge only AFTER recipe-platform PR #14. These settings point at the marketplace on recipe-platform main. Until #14 is merged, the plugin does not exist there and the removed skills would have no replacement.

Checks

npm run build, npm run lint (0 errors, 2 existing warnings in MealPlanDayProvider.tsx), and npm run test (187/187) all pass.

ADRs for skills and agents

• New rule in CLAUDE.md (right after the shared-skills paragraph): creating or changing a skill or agent requires an ADR explaining why it is built that way, written with recipe-workflow:adr. Skill ADRs go in <skill-dir>/adr/, agent ADRs in .claude/agent-adr/<agent>/. This also applies to the shared plugin skills, whose ADRs live in recipe-platform.

pr-feedback and check-platform copies, which the plugin now provides as

docs(skills) require an ADR for every skill and agent, add verify-ui ADR ... 97545dd459

Add .claude/skills/verify-ui/adr/2026-09-26-verify-ui.md explaining why the
verify-ui skill is built the way it is: its steps, the five viewports, the
Playwright MCP config and the AI-endpoint blocking script. Tool choice stays
in docs/adr/2026-09-26-ui-verification-playwright-mcp.md.

CLAUDE.md now states that creating or changing a skill or agent requires an
ADR written with recipe-workflow:adr (skill ADRs in <skill-dir>/adr/, agent
ADRs in .claude/agent-adr/<agent>/), including the shared plugin skills.

chore(claude) auto-update the recipe-workflow plugin marketplace ... 7023b0dd33

Claude Code turns auto-update off by default for non-Anthropic
marketplaces. With it on for recipe-platform, merged changes to the
recipe-workflow plugin arrive in the background and apply after
/reload-plugins or the next launch. The plugin deliberately has no
version, so its version is the commit SHA and every merged change
counts as an update.
