Issue #17 — Week navigation row is now sticky in MealPlanCalendar. Measures the page header height on mount and sticks flush below it. scrollToDay also accounts for the sticky nav height so day sections are not obscured.
Issue #16 — Day note moved from the bottom of each overview tile to just below the day header, so it is visible without scrolling past dishes.

feat(meal-plan) show amount description on dish card; use recipe default amount on add b133bbab39

- Adds recipeAmountDescription to MealPlanDayDishDto, MealPlanDayDishModel, and
  MealPlanDayDishMapper; rendered left of the step control in MealPlanDishCard
  (issue #12, backend field exposed via recipe-backend MR #5)
- Adds defaultAmount to CompactRecipeDto, CompactRecipeModel, and CompactRecipeMapper;
  MealPlanDayProvider now uses recipe.defaultAmount ?? 1 as initial servings when
  adding a dish (issue #14)

feat(meal-plan) sticky week nav controls; move day note to top of overview tile 2e90db87b3

- Makes the week navigation row (prev/next arrows, week label, view toggle) sticky
  in MealPlanCalendar. It sticks flush below the page header (measured via
  [data-sticky-header] on mount) so controls remain accessible while scrolling
  the list view. scrollToDay now also subtracts the nav row height ([data-sticky-nav])
  when computing scroll targets so day sections are not hidden behind it (issue #17)

- Moves the day note from the bottom of each overview tile to just below the day
  header, so notes are visible without scrolling past dishes and the add-recipe
  button (issue #16)
