Goal: Let the agent do bugs on his own. E.g. "Read all bugs, analyze and solve. Collect open questions as comments in the issues" Requires identifying bugs among the issues in a deterministic manner.
Convention: Feature - new app feature, Bug - known defect, Task - some technical or rule improvement that's not a real app feature.
Required when creating issues via agent.
Additional requirement: Mention issue key in commits and pr. Both in the platform and the sibling repos.
