Tightens the Git workflow section in CLAUDE.md:

• Adds a numbered starting-a-feature sequence: pull stage → branch → implement → test → push → PR
• Extends the "never push directly" rule to cover both stage and main
• Adds step to run npm test and confirm green before pushing
• Strengthens the tag rule: never create tags (maintainer only)
