Release of stage to main.

Included

• Embedded users as compact users (spec 003) (#60): the users embedded in comments, ratings, tags and meal plan shares are mapped from CompactUserDto to the compact user model. Moves the contract pin to spec 003's contract. Includes the implementation plan and the architecture doc update.

Contract

Both repos pin recipe-platform 0f2e400 in contract.ref (spec 003's contract, on platform main). scripts/release.sh needs the pins to be equal, so release both repos together.

Notes

• The stage build for f1cba90 is green.
• Needs a backend that implements spec 003 (embedded users as CompactUserDto). Release it together with recipe-backend's release PR.
• v2.2.1 was tagged on the previous main (same commit as v2.2.0) by mistake and does not contain this release.

The contract now types createdByUser and sharedWithUser as CompactUserDto.
The four mappers go through compactUserMapper and the models hold a
CompactUserModel, so an email or role cannot reach a model even if a
backend still sends them.
